JOB RESPONSIBILITY
•Good knowledge of table top, Freezer, Chiller and kitchen equipment Repairing.
•Attending the breakdowns kitchen eqiupment in process and Production.
•Carrying out weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and PM as per the preventive maintenance calendar.
•Performing the day today activities as per the maintenance job plan.
•Preparing the corrective action report to minimize the breakdown.
•Maintaining the record of daily consumable.
•Maintaining the engineering stores, invoice and delivery notes.
•Performing the maintenance work by generating work permit system and following the safety system.
