Accountabilities:
1. Accountable for successful execution of Projects of Texas Instruments such as whole manufacturing site IT upgrade (Servers/Application/Infrastructure), Datacenter migration, Cloud Adoption, Business Impact Analysis, Application Release/ Upgrade ( Virtualized/ Containerized), Win10 & MSO deployment (global deployment) and client support engineering engagement.

11. Present results to customers stakeholders through insightful recommendations (through Lesson Learned Session, ROI Reviews, Project Success Criteria validations).
12. Contribute to PMO processes enhancement based on GAP analysis between existing organization processes and best practices.

14. Managed large scale complex enterprise projects for Asia Pacific Region manufacturing hubs (for Japan, China, Malaysia and Philippines regions), EMEA and North America.
Achievements: . Was presented Trail Blazer Award for Best IT Projects in ITOps for Windows 7 Migration. . Multiple client appreciation from Sponsors for successful project delivery and realizing business values (Implemented project that reduced production stops, implemented DR sites, practices and simulation). . Reduced Licensing requirement of Win10 release for APJ region and generated savings of USD 50K.
Accountabilities:
1. Accountable to manage the complete system design, development and deployment of multiple IT projects (Cloud based SaaS developments to IoT solutions).
2. Coordinate as a client representative to be able to determine the exact needs of the client and provide appropriate support service delivery to ensure that client satisfaction.
3. Ensure resources (HR, IT and others) requirements are addressed and integrated into the project resource management plan.
4. Facilitate project discovery phase, progress through MVP preparation and prepare Epics, user stories. Provide guidance and support in performing sprint planning.
5. Tasked with the role of a scrum master for project with 9 months period. Successfully implement agile principles, ceremonies and was able to reduce time to market by 8%.
6. Manage project financials and accountable for revenue generation. Track and report all project cost and provide forecast of possible over runs.

Developed SaaS based School management product with LMS based on Yii platform hosted in AWS cloud, with mobile application capabilities using agile based project methodology with a short span of 12 months (currently the one-line solutions are supporting over 50, 000 students worldwide).
