The work involves handling Change Request, Projects, Production Logs, Work Orders, etc… on various systems like Online/Mobile Banking, ATM/CDM, IVR, SMS/Offers App, CRM, Website, T24, OBIEE, Draw Management System, Voice Biometric, Queue Management System, Asset Management System, Track Soft, XVAT, Success Factors, Easy Check, Prime, Host to Host, Emirates Digital Wallet, Emirates Face Recognition, Video KYC, Chat/Email BOT, Whatsapp Banking and Migration/Archival Activity for different Business Units in the Bank. Preparing BRD, RFP preparation, BRD approval and securing RFQ and LPO are some of the major tasks performed by us during the process.

The project involved developing an internet banking application for the client Emirates NBD bank. Emirates NBD Banknet is the bank’s internet banking solution. It helps the customers to perform transactions related to their accounts through online effectively and efficiently. Worked on Business Service Request releases for the Emirates NBD Banknet project.

This product is to promote innovative Supply Management Solutions and helps the client to perform eTendering activity over the internet. Therefore helping the buyer organization to generate savings, supplier value and reduce risk.

It is provided Software as a Service(SaaS) certified ISO 27001. Our role is to understand customer requirements and integrate the customer ERP with Tejari eSourcing application, Supplier Synchronization and Full Data mapping. The integration is done for various government and private clients as follows: Government of Dubai, Emirates Identity Authority, Dubai Airports, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Dubai Municipality, Prime Minister’s Office, Dubai Police, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, Dubai Health Authority, DP World, Drydocks World, Khalifa University, Zayed University, Petroleum Institute, Musanada, Takreer, KNPC(Kuwait), Masdar, Etihad Airways, RTA, Dubai Taxi Corporation, Department of Transport, etc.

This product helps the clients to control both the “supply” and “demand” of indirect operating expenses. We seek to reduce indirect operating expenses by 10-20% per annum; thereby helping to improve our client’s operating margins by 2-4% per year and to increase their operating profitability by a corresponding amount.

Qwest Communications International, Inc. is a large telecommunications carrier. Qwest provides local service in 14 western U.S. states. It operates in Wireline Services and Wireless Services segment providing local voice, long distance voice, data and internet, etc.

Qwest developed standard-based BPM workflow framework known as MDW. MDW stands for Model Driven Workflow. It

Automates business process.
Facilitates collaboration between IT and business.
Elevates visibility of workflow model.
Provides runtime monitoring, alerts, notifications, SLAs, fallout management.
Provides a framework for building workflow applications.

UMW (User Management Workflow) project is aimed to develop a SSO (Single Sign On) between all the internal and external portals for Qwest. The UMW will be used as an identity and role management workflow that will help propagate the user names and roles between different portals to facilitate SSO.

The program “Redefining AXA Intranet” has been launched by AXA to implement a new intranet platform at Group Level to extend and replace the current solutions both at Group and Local levels.

This program:
will enable most best practices sharing among the group.
will facilitate access to relevant information.
will become a business tool that supports customer service and employee engagement.

JPMC Operate is a Risk Management Framework. The application will provide an integrated operational risk platform that will encompass self-Assessment, risk events, capital allocation and key business metrics. Specifically the application will provide the following:

1) Enhance the collection, analysis and reporting of risk event data.
2) Enhance the functionality, performance and usability of the self-assessment process.
3) Provide integrated measurement data to assess and respond to risks.
4) Provide capability for businesses to analyse and report key measures directly and cost-effectively.

The project involved Developing an internet banking application (Web Portal) for the client. Internet Banking Application (e-portal) for the merged entity of Netherlands Post Bank and ING Bank.

Worked for Content Management System Team. Have been indulged in LLD Design, Coding, Delivery, Unit Testing and other things related to the product development. Also, worked on creating WWCM items such as workflows, templates, site, site area, contents, fetching contents using WCM API's and other Out of box functionality of WWCM.
