Customer Relation & Complaint Management
• Ensures effective communication regarding registration and fee collection
• Clear communication regarding pickup and drop off details
• Represent STS during school gatherings, open house and other gatherings.
• Ensure positive and timely solutions during first-contact resolutions.
• Maintain records of first-contact resolutions and escalated complaints

Student Management
• Establish and Maintain Student Registration Process.
• Database Management and updation.
• Safe custody of all relevant documents

Fee Management
• Timely delivery Performa invoice and fee collection
• Periodical reconciliation and updation of database
• Fee reminders and follow up of fees outstanding

Invoicing & Extra Trip Management
• Compile details of extra trips and ensure timely invoicing
• Reconciliation of GPS reports and invoicing.
• Follow up for outstanding payments from Schools and NES Units
• Implement changes to current contracts, and process leavers

Preventive Maintenance, Fleet inspection and up keeping of vehicles
• Ensure timely provisioning of cleaning materials for buses
• Monitor and ensure availability of safety equipment in the buses
• Monitor tinting status in Dubai School Buses
• Ensure availability of insurance coverage for vehicles
• Plan and carry out trip inspections
• Monitor and ensure periodical maintenance including minor and major servicing
• Follow-up with garage for timely maintenance and up gradations
• Ensure timely validation of service carried out by garage
• Carry out vehicle maintenance audit
