Key products being Radio Remote Control, Hoists/winches, crane safety & load monitoring
systems, etc. Few of our products are listed below.
Sales experience
* Enquiry generation, Business development, Understanding customer/
business needs and recommend solution.
* Planning, Budgeting, Quotation preparation, Offer negotiation and
Procurement.
* Coordination with Suppliers, OEM’s, resellers and clients to ensure that
requirement are mutually understood and delivered as per the schedule.
* Key Account Management, Client Retention, Regular follow ups with
clients for feedback and potential orders.
* Developing sales presentations, innovative online and traditional direct
response campaigns for all products
* Handling warranty claims, On-call support and Operational training.
* Set sales forecasts and Targeting diversified areas like Marine industry,
Metal & steel industries, military, Oil & gas etc.
* Regular business travel and point of contact for several business
prospects/clients for the MENA region
Support
* Dealing with designing, developing, testing and supervising the programming/assembly of
electrical equipment, control panels and systems for commercial, industrial, military and
scientific use.
* Direction and coordination of supply, installation and commissioning of electrical
equipment - providing expert technical support to field engineers, technicians and
customer staff.
* Hands on experience of Troubleshooting and after sales services/AMC for winches,
hoists, Over Head Cranes, Wireless/Radio remote controls, Crane safety, Crane
monitoring systems and other industrial equipments.
* Technical Support for sequential workflow with respect to product life cycle. Ensuring
that As-Built drawings, O&M manuals and related documentation are prepared, reviewed,
submitted and approved in a timely manner in accordance with contract requirements.
* Performing provisional acceptance testing to ensure the electrical products/systems
comply with the project specifications, electrical standards and customer requirements.
* Significant exposure to Explosion proof systems and certified for the same.
* Wiring and assembly of electromechanical systems, synchronizing system and control
panels incorporating VFD/PLC.
* Inspection visit and on-site planning for troubleshooting process, safety measures, data
escalation and the observation of system operations to ensure compliance for the incident
reported about the glitches in control systems
BAHRAIN: Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) Project:
* Liaising with Supervisory Engineer, inspectors and Operators.
* Wireless crane control Installation, Range limitation and commissioning of crane
controls system on Street Cranes in Pot lines and Reduction/maintenance areas.
SAUDI ARABIA: Ass-bakh Factories:
* Retrofit of control equipment for Concrete pumps and Placing booms as to client
satisfaction.
* Successful onsite execution of project in accordance with the contract drawings,
specification and agreed procedures and method statements.
OMAN: Oman Aluminium Rolling Co (OARC):
* Analysed complex engineering problems and offered effective resolutions.
* Advised appropriate solution to the client. Ensured all specified Inspection / Test
required are carried out and signed off by the Consultant (FATA).
* Executed the complete design, wiring, installation and commissioning of control
system for Railway Service wagon.
Handled/assisted various Trainings/engineering projects in QATAR and in resident country
(U.A.E.), Major clients being DEMAG Middle East, Emirates Hangers, EMAL etc.
