(Continued freelancing with Z-Aksys till October 2015) Assigned with the responsibility to ideate, create and manage content for corporate publications, websites along with my team, I had the chance to understand the workings of WordPress. Have worked on internal magazines of HDFC and other such corporate teams in India. Also as part of brand building, we have developed and managed the social media accounts for some of the clients in India and the UK.
Brought out print and e-version of Aditya Kiran even as coordinating with the client for content and images. Worked along with team of designers ensuring that the production flows smoothly with there being zero error in the final product. I got the opportunity to work on the media releases and reports for some of the best corporate houses' websites.
My key responsibilities included editing and proofreading a broad range of research documents on deadline, ensuring adherence to style guides, templates and IDC research architecture guidelines and working with analysts to validate data and content.
Reported on different beats including real estate, medical and the outsourcing business in the city. Was able to ensure factual and qualitative reporting in tight deadlines.
I was coordinating with the clients for INFS and also writing features for publications such as Pune Times, a Times of India features supplement in Pune and Wedding Affair in Delhi. I also covered local news for their website www.vashi2panvel.com.
Organisation: Navi Mumbai is a local news channel based in Mumbai's satellite city - Navi Mumbai.
