• Tracking client contracts, supplier contracts, and invoicing procedures, and ensuring compliance with client and company requirements, shipping operations, and department KPIs.
• Reviewed and validated services provided to clients, ensuring accurate recording of shipping charges and proper billing based on the terms of the agreement.
• Maintained a comprehensive database of invoice details, approval status, payment details, PO or work order information, and followed up on outstanding invoices, resolving any disputes or queries promptly.
• Provide timely reports as per client/management requirements and submit daily reports to the team leader.
• Collaborated closely with the shipping operations and logistics team to optimize financial processes in alignment with operational needs.
• Provided support to the team leader in month-end and year-end closing activities and collaborate with my colleagues to share the workload effectively.
