Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Budget: -
• Prepare the IT budget for ARBK within agreed timeframe.
• Work jointly with Management\business for forecasting\finalizing the Capex/Opex Budget
• Managing and controlling IT Budget.

2. Strategic planning & PROJECTS -
• Collecting and analyzing all Projects and requirements from all ARBK departments.
• Presenting all projects for Management approvals.
• Coordinating with vendors for Proposal. Negotiation and coordination in issuing PO.
• Monitoring project schedule. Coordinating with business and IT KSA for UAT testing.
• Making sure that all key parameters of the project are met.
• Post implementation support and coordination between business and vendor / IT.
3. RFC Management (Request for Change).
• Analyze and raising the Change requested by business and ensures that all business requirements are included.
• Coordination with all Stake holders to ensure the implementation of change within agreed time lines. Coordinating from end to end phases of RFCs
• Regular follow-up and escalation if needed.

4. Incident Management: - Provide the needed support to ARBK in regard of raised incidents and work, Regular follow-up and escalation if needed.
5. IT Policy and procedure: - Reviewing and amending ARBK IT Policy\procedure.
6. IT Vendor Management: - Finding new vendors according to IT requirements and purchasing committee criteria. Reviewing all existing IT contracts and renewals. Reviewing IT invoices according to contract and then forwarding to finance department for payments.
7. IT audit and risk issues review and solutions.
8. Managing Business continuity and DR exercise.
9. Service - To organize and implement servicing and support of all IT systems to agreed service level standards.
10. Backup: - Backup of another IT Manager (Production) in his absence.
11. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by COO.
