• Managing portfolio of more than 100 clients in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Sudan, by field trips, while other; markets South Africa, Kenya, Yemen, Nigeria, and Pakistan without travel.
• Achieving sales target of nearly USD 15mn/year consecutively last 3 years.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Yearly factory visits to sourcing countries to be updated about different qualities, specifications, and pricing to be able to guide the clients and be competitive.
• Handled negotiations on various levels such as, price, terms of sale, sea freights, and service agreements, based on which prices are quoted along with payment terms and other specifications
• Ensure timely payments are collected by continuous payment follow-ups.
• Building sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Continuous recording and administration of sales and forwarding reports to the management.
• Prepare the annual sales forecasts by setting sales targets for existing and new products.
• Developing new customer base by frequent market visits, following leads from existing clients, and assigning them to the concerned member of the team.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
• Coordinating the involvement of my team & personnel of other departments, including management & support, to ensure account objectives and client's expectations are met efficiently.
