●Managing a team of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition managers. Employee lifecycle management. Established a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes - induction, orientation upto exit formalities.
●Created the HR policy manual for the organisation from scratch.New HR policies and procedures.

●I conceptualised and implemented an online paperless performance appraisal system- 360 deg. It won Asia’s “ Best Innovative Practices At Work” Award in the Oil & Gas Industry.
●Led and directed Organisational Development (OD) initiatives- Succession Planning, Goal Setting, MBO’s, Employee Satisfaction surveys, process consultation etc. I wrote white papers on each and post consultation with management, implemented it strategically.
