AR Function & Account reconciliation
• Handling Key customer - E&Y, Tech-M, LTI, SYNTEL ATOS, Al Rawabi, Qatar Airways, Du, Smartworld
• Improving customers relationships and improving cash flow cycle.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records for audit purpose
• PO verification, Invoicing, Collection management and Payment follow up.
• Monthly reconciliation of customer SOA, Downloading SOA from customers portal.
• Handling queries related to invoicing
• Authorized person to finalize invoices
• Bank reconciliation for all banks on regular basis and Tracking of bank balance and manage cash flow.
Payable Function-
• PO and Invoice verification
• Keeping all supporting Documentation for Audit requirement.
• Tacking bank balance and prioritizing urgent payment.
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor SOA
• Authorizing payment and upload transaction on bank portal for final transfer.
Accounts and Audit
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Assisting in preparation of Assets Liability and Capital account entries by compiling and analyzing
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financials actions by analyzing accounting options
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
