Deliver excellent services to hotel chain and channel managers comprising of checking template received from channel managers to ensure all required details filled correctly and sent to data loading team by setting time frame and completing on scheduled time.
● Liaised with technical team to resolve any technical glitch, updated channel managers on completion of task by the team to push the ARI and tested everything and set them LIVE.
● Demonstrated the system to the prospective Hotel chains for b2b Booking engine and kick-off calls with the hotel chain and channel managers.
1. To conduct training programmes to the staff of the new and old clients of Illusions.
2. Responsible for implementation of new clients.
3. To update and maintain the training manuals.
4. Visit other destinations outside of UAE for training purpose. Have visited about 12 countries.
5. To give demonstration when there is a requirement from the sales staff.
6. To test the new development that is completed by the Technical team.
1. To deliver training to the staffs of the Travel Agency, to the new staff and the new staff..
2. Co-Ordination with Head Office on all issues relating to training.
3. Preferring on weekly / fortnightly and monthly ISO reports to Head Office.
4. Achieving the targets set by the Company
