• Talent Acquisition - Creating a JD based on the recruitment of the specific team head, working with the consultancies to source the candidates resume from various job portals according to requirements, shortlist candidates, recruitment co-ordination (Conducting Interviews), reference checks, BEI, Saville assessment.
• Onboarding - Joining, induction, orientation, documentation, updating MIS, creating an exclusive goal sheet based on the job description of the role on mutually agreed terms
• Performance Management - Mapping performance against KFA, balanced performance sheet
• Induction & orientation - Planning the induction and orientation schedule for each new employee based on role with adequate coordination with the respective team head. Conducting review on the 30th, 60th and 90th day to ensure the engagement of the employee in the organization.
• Documentation - Verifying of documents, updating the MIS, co-ordination with IT & Ops team for necessities, updating finance team with necessary information.
• Compensation & benefits - Updating the compensation and benefits as per the best practices and latest compliances.
• Salary calculation - Verifying documents for reimbursement, calculating salary according to the attendance and updating the finance team at the start of each month, generating and sending pay slips to employees.
• Performance management - Balanced performance management, conducting review conversations for the goal sheets and updating them at regular intervals, collecting the Performance Appraisals feedback, generate the review rating and conveying it to the respective employee.
• Data analytics - Generating reports and deriving suggestions based on the upper managements needs and thoughts.
• Training & Development - TNA, training calendar, budgeting, organizing and facilitating training programs.
• Fun events - Conducting Indoor games, monthly birthday celebration of employees, off-site events.
• Employee engagement - Maintain a rapport with all the employees to ensure engagement, keeping the employees constantly reminded about their future in the organization, conducting town hall meetings to ensure transparency of the management and thus helping the employees feel involved.
• Employee grievances - Handling the grievances as per the procedure and ensuring a smooth, safe and happy environment for all employees.
• Discipline, decorum - Ensuring discipline and decorum at all times in the organization and taking appropriate action in case of violation of policies or rules.
• Exit procedure - Thrive for retention, conducting exit interview for resigned, quite/terminates employees, coordinating for clearance with department, smooth exit process along with final settlement as per the company norm.
