* Monitoring the Slow Moving products, what has to be done or required, otherwisebb if still not moving “ Buy Stop” or discontinue it from Supplier.
*Minimizing the Wastage for F & B SKU’s, by monitoring regularly and updating the F & B Expiry File accordingly.
*Negotiating for Invoice Discount, Extra support by means of Rebates from the existing suppliers that doesn’t have any Contract yet.
*Marketing Banner, Widgets, & Any interesting Promotion activities to be suggested.
*Latest Category Wise Pricing & Checking from competitor.
*More range or assortment of F & B products (Brand Wise or Category Wise)
*Coordination & providing Sales Report Request from any F & B Suppliers, as it will encourage them to participate in Promotion regularly to increase their Sales & Turn over.
