Oversee and review the organizational structures and provide strategic advice to ACICO Group top management in areas related to organizational restructuring and while leading such initiatives in line with the company's overall strategic direction. Lead the development of ACICO Group incentive schemes in coordination with the Group's top management. Review statistical reports pertaining to the overall turnover rates and employee number in each department in order to ensure proper manpower mapping/ planning which contributes to the achievement of ACICO Group's business direction. Lead interviews with Executive Level candidates and provide advice to the top management accordingly. Page 2 of 5 Oversee the facilities management and security activities to ensure effective maintenance and repairs are implemented and maintain a safe environment for employees at ACICO Group. Oversee all the Health, Safety, Security and Environment related support provided to ACICO Group Business Units and direct the development of safety leading procedures in light of international best practices and standards while administering the Occupational Health and Safety System Planning and its implementation. Ensure proper update of all requirements related to work permits, visas, licenses, etc. in compliance with applicable government regulations. Maintain effective relationships with public servant officials to expedite processing of government administrative issues. Key Accomplishments:
