Job profile - Working with Government and private hospitals in UAE, QATR, SAUDI ARABIA & KUWAIT.
• Coordinating with clients and develop a deep understanding of assigned positions for hiring Healthcare professionals.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle to ensure client requirements are delivered.
• Sourcing CV through different sources as per the requirement from Client by utilizing various sources like Data Bank, Job Portals, Employee Referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, Google search, and other social media network..
• Advertisement and categorizing them into their respective disciplines. (As per the HAAD PQR for Medical Staff Requirement).
• Negotiating and confirming on the position, salary, job location etc to meet both business & candidates’ expectations by staying in line with the current market demands.
• Respond to candidate queries in a professional and customer sensitive manner
• Regular meetings with the panel to follow up on the requirements.
• To ensure that the requirements assigned are closed as per the lead time available.
• Coordinating with client and candidate for the visa process and licensing process till they join.
• Act as the single point of contact to my clients for their resource requirements.
• Identification of Training Needs, Learning and Development of new joiners including On Job Training (OJT), Training Feedback & Evaluation analysis.
• Conducting Recruitment campaigns in different countries and coordinating for the same.
• Coordinating for credentialing process(for DHA/HAAD/MOH) with clients
• Worked as a Healthcare/Medical Recruiter for UAE Clients.
