The Heart of Europe is a cluster of six islands on The World in Dubai, a project made up of 300 islands reclaimed from the sea in the shape of the world map. The concept for The Heart of Europe is based on destinations across Europe. The design includes twelve themed hotels with a total of 4000 keys, 7 private palaces, 34 villas, and 130 floating villas “Floating Seahorses”.
 Responsible for the HR function for the Design & Construction division. Act as the strategic business partner and coach to the organization in all HR management areas. Lead the HR teams in the countries as role model of the company culture through creativity, collaboration, and confidence.
 Drive a high level of communication with Management and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization. Actively support business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment.
 Ensure that all aspects of staffing, employee relations, employee development, and compensation & benefits for all employees of the market and location are delivered timely and in accordance with relevant labor and commercial legislation, in line with corporate guidelines, the global policy manual and modern HR Management practice.
 Lead initiatives and efficient processes, in close co-ordination with the group HR team and in close alignment with all the stakeholders, in the areas of Learning/Training, Leadership, Performance + Succession as well as Organizational development efforts
 Ensure smooth processes for talent acquisition and transfer activities in support functions and participate in the recruitment for the Senior Management team of the market.
 Work closely with the Rewards team to promote and develop overall compensation & benefit programs and ensure proper implementation. Ensure framework for local compensation programs and local benefits programs in line with corporate guidelines
 Manage personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in close cooperation with the Rewards team.
 Led and was a part of blue collar hiring via multiple recruitment drives in India

 Project Manager responsible for leading adidas staffing project, GBS (Global Business Services), to build our Shared Service Centers in three key strategic locations; UAE (Dubai), North Africa (Morocco & Egypt), and Turkey. Worked closely with Market HR leads in sharing the TA vision and goal plus driving the transformation of moving recruitment and employer branding from the existing HR model through change management strategies and strong influencing and negotiation skills. Motivating and engaging the remote teams via regular virtual meetings, transparent communication, encouraging a feedback culture and onsite visits.
 My role involves leading a project team of 8+ remote and local recruiters to partner with the business, attract and hire the best international talent. Leading adidas MENAT employer branding initiatives and partnering with local Universities.
 Project work: ‘Talent Scout’ - Introduced and rolled out the very first adidas Employee referral scheme for UAE, Egypt & Levant
 New adidas market entry - Morocco new office opening & staffing.
I was a key player in the new office set up and full back-of-house staffing. Other than strategic recruitment, my role involved partnering with HR Rewards to gather local compensation & benefits data in the market to establish new competitive salary bands, talent pool building, established local University relations and Employer Branding initiatives.
 Assessment Centers; Created and delivered memorable assessment days for retail staff recruitment.
 University Career fairs roll out and establishment of key strategic relationships. (Middlesex University, University of Wollongong, Amity University, National University of Ireland, Galway. etc.)
 Introduced Job-rotation initiative within Supply Chain and Purchasing teams which resulted in increased employee engagement and reduced staff turnover in both departments by 45%
 Defined the regional TA strategy and successfully cascaded it into the markets which resulted in:
o Proactive Hires increased from 30% to 54%
o Time to Fill reduced by 50%
o Only 2% of hires via Agency
o Increased Hiring Manager & Candidate Experience
o Employer branding strategy targeting creators, diversity, and candidate experience.
o Consistent hiring manager & recruiter tools and processes across EMEA.
