➢ Maintaining list of employees (new and resigned) along with their necessary details.

➢ Coordinating with the accounts department regarding the above documents and details in order to run the payroll.

• Implementation of HRMS
➢ Create and maintain database of employees.
➢ Coordinating with the employees and collecting necessary information.
➢ Coordinating with the head office for proper implementation of the system.

• Employment Process
➢ Process the Staff Requisition
➢ Update Position Descriptions
➢ Initiate the Internal & External Sourcing
➢ Contacting Recruitment Agencies, placing adds, checking for referrals
➢ Screening and Selection of Candidates
➢ Conducting Reference Checks
➢ Conducting Interviews and preparing the Interview Report
➢ Preparing Letters of Offer and Employment Contracts
➢ Initiating joining reports and other documents
➢ Conducting the Induction Program
➢ Conduct the Exit Interview
➢ Prepare Service Certificates
➢ Coordinate with the Accounting Dept. towards the preparation of the EOSB's
