Independently handling Marine requirements for complex Multinational and local Corporate clients in various industry sectors like Energy, Hospitality, Heavy Industries, Engineering, Design and Architectural Firms etc. in the capacity of a broker as well a consultant.
 Managing the core operational functions of Marine - Non Motor client service department - Retention and New Business
 Obtaining underwriting information and structuring into well-defined slips to markets
 Presenting comparisons and recommendations on the basis of coverage
 Extensive negotiations with markets for pricing
 Regular stewardship meetings with clients to review service levels and explore new cross-sell opportunities
 Working on request for proposal (RFP) for clients and prospects
 End-to-end policy review based on business activities and scope of work
 Reviewing contracts and adequacy of limits and coverage’s
 Due diligence and initial risk assessment of client’s business activities to determine eligibility for various classes of insurance
 Handling marine claims while coordinating with the concerned insures for timely settlement
 Managing relations with various insurance providers
 Obtaining new prospects for other classes of insurance
