Identifying the insurance requirements of the clients and preparing Summary of Benefits / Premium Summary to be shared with the clients
Dealing with day-to-day servicing of clients
Assisting in the renewal process and conducting remarketing exercise based on the client’s requirements

Single point of contact for IT solution/hardware sales and understanding any client requirements
