Main duties performed:
•Maintain and update customer information database
•Handle customers by phone, e-mail, whatsapp and giving the detailed information about the product
•Preparation of proposals and sending to customers.
•Build sustainable relationships with customer by following up all customers’ requests and issues.
Placing the order to the vendor through phone calls
•Checking the quality and quantity of the product
•Taking the orders from the retailers and phisicians
•Preparing reports Using MS office and updating business systems
•Enquiring the effectiveness of the product from the phisicians
•Reporting the complaints of the product to the vendor if any
Main duties performed:
•Entering customer and accountant data from source documents within time limit
•Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
•Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
•Scan documents and print files, when needed
•Keep information confidential
•Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
