• As a focal point, Handle the entire DHP process including healthcare and facility licensing, credentialing, and examination.
• Inform and coordinate license requirements to approved candidates for timely submission. Assist successful candidates in completion of requirements and attend to queries.
• Check, review, and screen requirements submitted by candidates and ensure that all required documents meet the guidelines of DHP.
• Process document verification of successful applicants through approved PSV body by DHP.
• Process DHP evaluation, medical license, license renewals, radiation license, Surgical privileges of all healthcare practitioners.
• Process required CPD courses for each healthcare practitioner and ensure timely renewals of each course.
• Serve as focal point to all healthcare practitioner for inquiries, CPD process and requirements, updates on guidelines/circulars from DHP, MME and the company.
• Ensure that all healthcare practitioners meet the required CPD points for license renewal.
• Collaborate with partner agencies, third party companies, government entities in reference to candidate requirements and application process.
• Collaborate with training centers for updates, availability and scheduling of Continuous Professional Development courses for all healthcare practitioner.
• Prepare requirements for any Pharmacy & Drug Control requests and applications.
• Prepare purchase request in relation to verification, license process and others related to the department.
• Monitor facility and healthcare practitioner licenses and timely renewal.
