actions to correct the variances.
Responsible for advanced planning and analysis of business performance.
Main coordinator for analysis & compilation of sales reports, forecasts and data from all offices in MENA region - all GCC countries, Levant region (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan), Turkey, South Africa, Nepal, Bangladesh etc.)

Compile consolidated forecasts for machines and supplies based on sales forecasts provided by the Regional Sales Managers, at Supply / Demand meetings.
Assist in preparation of group financial packs for headquarters.
Prepare product forecast report following PASI (Purchase, Arrival, Sales, and Inventory)
Based on the forecasts, preparation of model wise demand for the next 3 months to the factories by model/ part number, for production
Ensuring minimum inventory levels in the warehouse.
Monitoring incoming shipments and informing Regional Sales Managers of any delays or production issues.
Supervising the execution of Purchase Orders placed by Distributors, and ensuring execution is timely and accurate.
Preparing sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to reflect performance against forecasts/ budgets in units and value.
Submitting updated reports to Head Quarters (Japan) within the specified timeline.
Coordinate overall marketing plans and communication initiatives for Korean trade and business delegations.
Coordinating marketing activities of implementing marketing programs using a broad set of channels.
Organize conferences and trade show exhibitions.
Track, analyze and report on marketing efforts in meetings with the executive management.
Key Responsibilities
Key facilitator of the day to day management of the business built MTL system in terms of accuracy.
Responsible for the accurate distribution of weekly and monthly KPI’s.
Preparation of forecast for the weekly Rig moving operations.
Managing the Rig moving operations database.
Instrumental with ongoing training and guidance of the business built system tools.
Identify trends and shortfalls within the operation by analyzing data sets from an array of sources from customer based programs to paper trails.
