Responsible in assisting customers to plan, price and provide itineraries on various destinations through brochure holiday packages and products in order to maximize pre-packed and tailor made packages, sales opportunity and income earning potential. Working with clients to help put together tailor made packages and tours, suggest, prepare, plan and price the holiday itineraries as per their requirements. To meet and exceed the clients expectations part of my role is to focus on providing the best holiday experience by offering the best package from Luxury holiday, Family, Honeymoon Offers, Spa Packages, Cruise, Culture and City Break suitable for the client’s needs. Coordinate with different suppliers and ground operators when preparing these packages to ensure efficient handling of clients.

Construct Holiday Packages using special airfare given by the Airlines and other ground operator. Using the best options and thus ensuring that the customer gets the best value for money.

Process group bookings for family, Incentive trips for companies, Special interest tours, and Medical and Religious packages. Thus responsible for issuing of tickets, hotel reservation, airport transfers and tours at the destination and other services. Ensure competitive rates and excellent customer service at all times. Having in contact with the clients during their trip even after office hours for related issues in their holiday.
