Responsibilities undertaken in the team:
* With regards to the Delivery KPI, ensure to maintain and improve the TAT/
Accuracy of the team being handled.
* Ensure that all factors driving cost is optimised and maintained intact like the
team productivity/ cost per FTE/ Cost per BL and the workstation density.
* Ensure that the team is equipped with all the knowledge and competency to
perform their job successfully and add value to the organisation.
* Ensure that all drivers required in sustaining delivery and eliminating
dependencies are in place and ready for use at any given point of time.
* Preparing Daily Reports required for customs filing and Weekly KPI reports to be
circulated to the head office.
* Interaction with the Brazil agency and handling communication regarding process updates
and communicating the team’s performance on a monthly or need basis.
* Worked for a month with the ATOS team which is a software development team within
the organisation to develop tools required to smoothen the process or to revamp the work
flow tools under the guidance of Mr. Venkitaraman Subramanian.
