Work as Facility In-charge, responsible for Infrastructure Networking, HVAC Systems including VRF, PAC, DX-Units, Duct-able Units, Electrical System, Plumbing systems, ELV Systems like CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm systems Server Rooms, BMS, CAFM, Landscaping Housekeeping, Pest control, Site Hygiene.


Manage various types of TFM Contracts & Facilities for the OMAN ROYAL Mosques. Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment.


Manage RCA clients & OMAN Government’s End Users by meeting end users on a weekly basis and solving raised issues and ensure end user satisfaction.


Monitor performance of Hard services including Building (MEP) Services, Specialized Services, Firefighting System, Fire Alarm System, Building Management System (BMS), CCTV, ACCESS Control System, CAFM and Soft Services such as Guest Management, Conference rooms, Landscape Services, Cleaning Services, Pest Control Security Services.


Manage the activities involved in providing facility management and maintenance programs. Approve, review, inspect, and raise findings for PPM, PM, CM & RM plans, and activities.


Maintain the KPI related to ME, CIVIL, and Housekeeping

Served as Facility Manager, responsible for monitoring and execution of the project and overall maintenance related to MEP, CIVIL, HVAC, Fire Extinguisher, CCTV, Fire Alarm systems, P.A System, Housekeeping of MOE DG Ofiice, 30 Government Schools and 60 Teacher Accommodations Buildings.


Handled Centralized Facility Help desk services, Pantry Management, Interior, Store Management Implementation of various Facilities Management Policies, SOP has to standardize the functioning and monitor the policies.


Provided engineering support services to manage and maintain the existing HVAC, DG, with optimum capacity utilization, cost control and resource maximization. Participated all cross functional team meeting and implemented all the changes as per the requirement. Liaised with MOH, RAECO, MUNICIPALITY and other government department. Oversaw Incident Management/Disaster Recovery plan/Business Continuity Plan and supported in Investigation processes.


Provided support for all new projects and refurbishments by effectively coordinating with Facilities and Projects teams. Performed construction project review and assisted with construction project inspection. Prepared tender, quotation documentation, and specifications as required.


Handled budgeting, forecasting and reporting, vendor payment process, and approvals. Ensured Annual Maintenance Contract renewal & good health of all the critical equipment. Prepared Invoice Tracking sheet with the process and rejected it on a daily basis. Prepared and monitoring Purchase Request/ Purchase Order Reports, sharing with Sr. Management Team.


Coordinated with Land Lords in connection with renewals, agreements, registration, rental escalation, Lock-in period. Document Database, Lease Renewal Negotiations.


Shared a SOR (Space Occupancy Report) with Sr. Management. Coordinated with HR Team for forecast of recruitment and prepared a space accordingly. Updated the Management Team for any further space requirement.


Maintained engineering systems, drawings, and equipment, Precision AC, electrical distribution systems, generators, UPS systems, FM 200.


Oversaw conference room management with various allied services. Managed Director-General and Employee Address Meets/ Town Halls / All Hands Meets / Departmental Meets. Organized and managed annual award functions.
