HR Business Partnership:
• Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and provide professional senior level, strategic and operational HR advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment strategies, and managing change processes, providing risk analysis to support this. Constructively challenge decisions which are not in best interest of the organization.
• Lead responsibility for the HR/people management aspects of corporate initiatives and projects as agreed.
• Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation - striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
• Ensure compliances with various HR processes while supporting the business operationally and administratively.
• Handle audits of various regulatory bodies.
• Co-facilitated annual succession planning and organization review sessions.
Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition:
• Actively participates in annual budget planning forecasting process with business partners.
• Responsible for candidate selection, background checks, effective on-boarding and induction sessions of the candidates.
Organization Development:
• Conduct needs analysis studies and work collaboratively with business leaders across various functions to create and implement various learning programs.
• Take opportunities to build shared understanding & ownership of the organization’s vision, values, strategies, plans & desired culture.
• Responsible for development, implementation and evolution of the people strategy, working to embed a strategic and integrated approach across the organization.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Evaluate and monitor the success of all development programs.
• Lead, or contribute to, key organizational development and change projects as appropriate, modeling change management in practice and mentoring others in the process to facilitate their development.
• Session design and facilitation: Have been actively designing and facilitating trainings across various band levels.
• Liaisoning with various training organizations for external training interventions, manage training calendar, quarterly MIS, vendor management, employee development communication as well as measuring learning effectiveness.
Change Management:
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Challenge the organizational structure and propose changes
• As part of change management, devised a new performance management system by understanding the organization along with preparing a handbook/ manual capturing the complete process of performance management. Conducted workshops across India for all the employees, introducing the new tool along with covering how to effectively conduct performance management.
Reward and Recognition
• Actively involved in driving reward and recognition program.
• Responsible for hosting, coordinating and administering quarterly and annual R&R ceremonies involving identification of the winners, devising the complete plan of the program/event and implementation of the same.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
• Actively involved in handling employee grievances and resolving the same in the best interest.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, fit-for-purpose and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) provoking positive changes in the management of people and performance improvement.
• Designing various employee engagement activities and their implementation across the organization for all levels.

Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition
• Managing the Talent Acquisition and full spectrum of recruitment for the Group.
• Collaborate with the Directors to estimate future global manpower requirements and drive proactive pipeline building exercise to meet them

• Actively drive event management and carry out various knowledge sharing sessions for the employees.

HR Intelligence and Reporting
• Involved in strategic planning by preparing and analyzing extensive reports on Competition Mapping across the globe
• Regularly involved in conducting Talent Market Research.
• Regularly conduct market intelligence studies through formal and informal source to gain competitive edge.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining MIS, employee records in the internal database
• Weekly and monthly recruitment/hiring status reports
