• Consulting:
Providing technical consultation to customers on CNC machines and automated systems for Steel Fabrication and Metal Processing. To recommend effective engineering and machinery solutions to customers for improved production output, lower running/operating costs and reduced maintenance/downtime on the machines.
• Market Research and Analysis:
Visit and meet customers at factories, industrial plants and establishments to research and evaluate potential requirements in terms of processes, production capacity, material handling, plant/factory layout, space availability/utilization, and other factors such as electrical power requirements, air or gas specifications.
• Inside Sales:
Preparing proposals, quotations and cost estimates based on specific project requirements.
• Order/Project Management:
Plan and manage new orders and projects from bidding to execution stage including client communication and coordination with Kaltenbach Technology Centers in Germany and Holland on technical matters such as project timeline, delivery, foundation and layout confirmation, site inspection and other pre-installation procedures.
• After-Sales Service:
Providing technical support and after-sales service to customers on Kaltenbach Shotblasting/Automatic Painting Systems; which includes providing guidance to their maintenance personnel regarding use, operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspection:
Inspecting Kaltenbach Shotblast machine installations and submitting reports to customers for necessary action.
• Product Demonstration:
Designing and delivering product presentations, demonstration of existing installations under operation to prospective customers.
• Trade Shows:
Representing Kaltenbach Group at various trade shows and seminars to promote Kaltenbach products and to learn about industry developments.
• Marketing:
Work closely with the Marketing department at H.O. in Germany for design and implementation of flyers, newsletters, testimonial videos, updating customer database, exhibition planning and other marketing activities.
• Training:
Attend on-job trainings and courses at Technology Centers in Holland and Germany; as and when required.
• Sales of Surface Preparations and Preservation Systems including Shotblasting & Painting machines in Manual and Automatic configuration, Industrial Dust Collection systems and Material Handling equipments.
• Sales order management, marketing of products & services, preparing quotations and technical presentations
• Analyze drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
