1. Proposal stage process coordination & review
2. Design stage process coordination including Quantity Estimation, Cost Management & Value Engineering exercise.
3. Tender stage process coordination including Tender preperation and pre-qualification.
4. Tendering process coordination including Tender query administration & Bid evaluation
5. Supervision stage coordination including Contract administration, variation order and time-claim administration.
Other than exposure to Techno-commercial pedagogy of Construction & management, major activities during my experience at NICMAR included Case Study on Arbitration involving FDI financing model, Management training at Chennai Metro Rail Ltd., Chennai; Business plan for manufacturing unit for Autoclave Aerated Concrete blocks.
Major activity included Project study on Effect of size of aggregate on Compressive strength of Concrete, University & department level sport participation.
Higher Secondary School Certificate, Maharashtra Board (AS Level) cleared with 73.8% from Atomic Energy Junior College. Other activities at college level involved sports majorly Basket Ball All India Secondary School Examination, CBSE Board (GCSE Level Equivalent) cleared with 83.6 Other activities at school level involved sports majorly Cricket and Painting.
