Also, we talked to the Provider- the one who provide services and we discuss to them the benefits covered for the Member. Moreover, we process the claims sent to us by the Member and Provider. Lastly, we handle technical issues when the Member or Provider can't access to the online portal. To each and every call we provide documentation for future reference and to ensure that we provide the right information.
