• Supervision of the hospital standards of cleaning and proper usage of chemicals as well as strict compliance of wearing PPE/Personal Protective Equipment.
• Determining what type of cleaning procedure to be applied for a certain room type and patient case. Two hours of “Terminal cleaning” for infected rooms, Four hours “deep cleaning” for long time patients who at least stayed for 10 days, and Normal cleaning for Normal discharge rooms and Day case rooms. The duration and type of cleaning also varies depending on what type of rooms.
• Handling 8 staff on a daily basis, making sure everyone is in proper grooming. Neat and Tidy. Conducting Briefings every three days as reminder of the Hospital Standards. And relaying important updates and changes that go along with the constant improvement of the company.
• Making sure guests feel a warm welcome as to set a pleasing mood upon arrival to the restaurant
• Making sure guests are comfortable and well attended with all their dining needs
• Handling guest complains, Handling waiting lists
• Detailed menu knowledge for guests inquiries, preferences and avoidance of food allergies
• Knowledge of fire exists and location of fire extinguisher, knowledge of location of first aid kits and nearest clinic as well as neighboring establishments, knows contact number to call for emergencies, security and help desks
• Doing table touches to ensure all guests need and demands are attended to
• Taking reservations over the phone, Processing bills, Cashiering
• Making daily reports for every shift and checking log in and log outs of all the staff for attendance tracking.
Front liner, costumer Service, processing hotel registrations which includes extracting guests personal information for security reasons. Processing bills from breakfast meals to all the miscellaneous bills a guest will be taking as well as leisure fees and amenity usage. Taking calls from group and individual bookings over the phone and via online.
