Initial candidate’s search and contact.
Identify recruitment needs with managers.
Setup and conduct interviews.
Follow up with candidates, offer or reject
Ensure that necessary visas are requested
Continued support to all employees regarding HR issues
Monthly coordinating with the payroll department for payroll report.
Quarterly recruitment report to HR manager.
Preparing the draft offer of the selected candidate.
Facilitates the whole recruitment and selection process.
Attend daily meeting with the HR Staff.
Reports during the meeting.
Coordinates with recruitment agencies for additional work force.
Collects all necessary documents for each employee file.
Enforce recruitment process in a timely schedule.
Train new member of HR staff.
Discusses issues with the managers regarding employee performance.
Collects medical certificates of employee reported to be ill.
Process request letters.
