• Office Management. Oversee daily office operations by managing supplies, coordinating vendors and maintenance, and ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
• Administrative Support. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, prepare key HR documents, coordinate visas and work permits, and organize interviews, meetings, and HR events.
• Recruitment Support. Post job openings on career platforms and internal systems, screen resumes and applications, candidate interviews and communication, and onboarding for new employees.
• Employee Relations. Respond to internal and external HR inquiries, resolve minor employee issues or direct them to appropriate personnel, and support the coordination of employee engagement.
• Payroll and Benefits Assistance. Support payroll processing with required data, assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment forms, and coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
