Efficiently lead and administered all creative design projects to support marketing and sales departments of the largest Russian IT Holding, specialized in providing IT solutions for the UAE government. Emphasized brand continuity across various media such as cutting-edge graphics, informational literature including brochures, posters, banners, pitch decks, and all static and animated visual marketing content for web and events. Reviewed sales and marketing materials on key projects and provided approval, ensuring corporate brand standards are implemented in all company products. Forge and sustain high-performance in-house and external design and production departments to ensure punctual delivery and execution of marketing materials.
Key Accomplishment:
- Established NCC brand guidelines and implemented the company brand standards and templates that resulted in the production of consistent, high-quality marketing materials and templates and increased brand recognition in the MENA region.
- Led the marketing visual presentation development to showcase the company’s security solutions during the opening of the Dubai Police innovation center.
Served as a Senior Brand & Graphic Designer for the visual brand representation of all educational facilities and prestigious schools under EKI’s umbrella. Developed complex 360o campaigns from creative idea to finalized marketing and sales collateral, that include animated and still imagery artworks, print & digital advertisements, mailers, POS materials, and packaging for 6 different educational brands in UAE and Oman. Coached a diverse team of designers and production specialists to execute numerous in-house promotion campaigns and ensure timely project completions. Built strong partnerships with a wide range of media, advertising and production agencies, photo & videographers to execute the most effective campaigns and marketing materials
Key Accomplishments:
- Established and maintained Evolvence Brand style guide that supported the organizational image and identity increasing the brand awareness.
- Developed Brand Guides and implemented corporate collateral standards for 6 brands under the EKI umbrella ensuring a consistent presentation of all marketing and corporate collaterals.
- Simultaneously lead the development of 3 company websites on a very tight deadline that resulted in the growth of the students' pool by 20% in the 2018-19 academic year.
Served as a Key Creative Specialist in transforming in-house marketing and branding tactics into innovative and profitable campaigns, with the aim to amplify the existing customer base. Rendering expertise in developing a variety of products and operations including advertising material, digital assets, publications, product packaging for resourceful execution of marketing activities in relation to new course rollouts and existing course enrolments for an international language training and development center.

- Redesigned Eton Institute brand identity, managed and coordinated brand re-direction from a small local language training institute to an internationally acclaimed professional training provider across all branches in the UAE / Europe / USA which increased brand recognition globally.
