software and hardware issues reported to resolve the same.
Reports
* Generate Google Analytic Weekly Report for a particular website of a certain
company which required the monitoring of views, reviews/feedback, and any other
relevant concerns.
* Create and submit monthly reports for all the IT concerns accommodated by the
department.
* Monitor and submit the department's attendance log for monthly cut off.
* Organize and present the monthly procurement report to monitor the revenue and
expenses incurred for respective project.
Procurement
* Handling procurement accounts from gathering quotations and negotiate with the
best price.
* Filtering the credibility and ability of the supplier to meet our requirements and
expectations.
* Review the terms and conditions with regard to payments and delivery then
eventually close the deal.
* Follow up with the delivery via email/over the phone; settle the payment with
accounts department; coordinate with the delivery/installation/configuration of the

* Do the asset tagging which is normally done internally.
* (Clients and Suppliers in DUBAI, UAE) Procurement procedure is more likely with
the above mentioned steps. The only difference is the necessary coordination with
the clients abroad for shipment (by road or by air) and transfer of the fund wherein
a lot of requirements to be complied locally and abroad such as permits and other
related documents required.
Recruitment
* Conduct the initial overseas interview over the phone/ Skype then give the
recommendation to proceed further. After the final interview and once the results
have been finalized, procedure will be handed over to HR Department for Contract
signing, Visa application and issuance of plane ticket.
* Pick up From Airport: Coordinate with our sister company to send somebody and
pick up the new staff together with the complete details provided, such as ticket
details.
* Accommodation: Provide and process the apartment according to the company
offer; Supply all the stuff needed such us, mattress, blanket, pillow, kitchen utensils,
etc., Review the terms and conditions with regard to payments and delivery then
eventually close the deal.
* Transportation: usually provided by the company. If not, i need to make sure that
the same will be declared to his/her contract for the cash allowance. Do the asset
tagging which is normally done internally.
* Others:
o Monitor and organize the day to day activity of IT Department.
o Organized IT Director's meeting schedules and appointments.
o Create emails for all IT Transactions.
o Organize and set conference schedule for the department.
