Mechanical Engineer (Specialization in PHE & FRS):
- Analyzing and verifying design with final preparation of Shop Drawings to execute the Construction works;
- Finalizing the equipment, material clearances as per prepared technical calculation along with budget and specified project requirements;
- Participation in meetings regarding coordination between all services including Architectural & Structural (coordination of cooperation in regards of PHE & FRS installation);
- Ensuring and verifying that the standard installation detail and full system is complete and maintained with the technical and quality specifications;
- Ensuring and verifying that all the installation will comply with the Civil Authorities rules/regulations and as per Employer’s Requirements;
- Providing technical support to Site and ensuring that all necessity information has been shared for proper installation;
- Ensuring that all unresolved Site problems during installation and testing are promptly conveyed to the Management to be solved in a timely manner as per standard procedures;
- Providing the guideline and the standard to BIM Team for the production of Shop Drawings and coordination (optimizing MEP design as per project requirements considering technical and value engineering aspects);
- Verification of red line documentation for Submission of As-built drawings and ensuring that the As-built drawings will be useful for commissioning, maintenance and handing-over to the client.
Consultant in Technical Department:
- Providing professional support to the technical expert, customer service department coordinator and offer department coordinator;
- Customizing offered products to the projects and customers’ needs;
- Preparing proposals and price calculations in response to customers’ requests;
- Technical preparation of the projects with AutoCAD software.
Design & Built - Central Section of Warsaw Second Line Underground Metro Project
Project Budget: EUR 1.Billion
6.3Km of Twin Running Tunnels (including tunnels under the Vistula river) and 7 underground stations
Sanitary Engineer (Specialization in PHE & FRS & MHV):
- Participation in handing-overs with Civil Authorities: State Fire Service, State Sanitary Inspection and Voivodship Inspector of Building Control - coordination of cooperation in regards of sanitary installation;
- Preparation and verification of documents for Civil Authorities - State Fire Service, State Sanitary Inspection and Voivodship Inspector of Building Control, among others documents (certificates etc.) allowing to be used in the construction;
- Preparation of handing-over documentation with a client;
- Preparation of as-built documentation, including mechanical and sanitary routine operations and maintenance books, guidelines etc.;
- Solving problems related to the implementation of the assembly work;
- Supporting of the sanitary project manager in current works, including collecting the quality documentation;
- Preparation of sanitary installation inventory;
- Preparation of requests of the offers, including specification of scope of works and materials;
- Analyzing bids for the execution of specified works;
- Preparation of contracts with subcontractors for construction works, particularly additional works.
