Read, research and route correspondence receive. Draft letters and internal memo on behalf of the General Manager and Operations Manager.
Maintain appointment schedule of meetings and travels for General Manager.
Relate messages or instructions correctly to others when instructed by the General Manager.
Make sure to follow up the delegated work assigned by General Manager to staff within the organization.
Utilize physical and virtual document management system.
Input documents into MS Access registry ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Prepare and update records of incoming and outgoing transmittal documents.
Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard
Maintain the calendar of training schedule.
Screen the emails for training center before forwarding to upper management and make sure of the implementation of the policies and practices imposed by the General Manager.
Coordinate with the Head Office Training and Development Department for updates and feedback.
Circulate summary of reports of the completed training.
Manage and supervise 16-100 agents
Responsible for "on-the-floor" activities and assistance to agents while on their working stations.
Provide agents with a glimpse of future weeks \[Promotions and events\]
Create a forecast describing the things each agent will be focused upon \[Abandon rate, Handling Time and Call Drivers\]
Keep track of attendance, paid time off, sick time, etc.
Part of Interview and Hiring of staff
Responsible for training recruits on how to do their jobs accordingly. Inform new hires of the rules and requirements of their job.
Present commendations and awards.
Handle escalations.
Make daily reports about the students and teachers’ absences.
Make decisions and solve problems in a team setting.
Motivate teachers to become efficient on their work.
Create accurate records of academic files.
