• Assist qualified unit owner in checking and punch listing of units
• Attend home owners concerns with specific timeline.
• Prepare in house estimate for punch listed units
• Prepare billing of materials
• Check and approved owners request for renovation of units.
• Validate owners’ renovation upon requesting of construction bond refund
• Supervised daily maintenance work.

• Supervised inspection for Contractor’s progress billing.
• Prepare weekly accomplishment report for ongoing project
• Conduct regular inspection for re-bars laying, preparation for footing and slab, and concrete pouring.
• Conduct inspection for turnover of units.
• Conducting final quality control inspection for all the completed housing and land development.

• Check and analyze the plans for construction
• Ensure that the construction of housing and land development are done as
planned. Conduct control of construction.
• Advised contractors thru Notice of Non-Compliance for works deviating from
the plans and specifications and company standards for its immediate
rectification.

• Designate maintenance for daily routine
• Monitor ongoing repair of take over units from contractor and ongoing
rectification of turn over units (units with second buyer and/or reopen units)
• Liable for checking of final punchlist of units, inspect and approved rectified
units subject for turn over to Property Management.
• Liable for signing of Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of units
and Certificate of Testing and Commissioning.
• Prepare paper works.
