Project: 180 MIGD Hassyan Seawater Reverse Osmosis Project (SWRO) - Main Contractor: SEPCO | Client: ACWA Power
Scope: Construction of the Main Office Building including foundation, tie beams, and hollow core slabs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Lead and manage overall project execution for civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, and quality standards.
o Coordinate with SEPCO (main contractor) and ACWA Power (client) for approvals, inspections, and progress updates.
o Develop and monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
o Supervise the site teams, ensuring adherence to HSE requirements and productivity targets.
o Oversee material procurement, delivery schedules, and resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency.

Project: SeAH Gulf Special Steel Industries Project (SGSSP), an EPC project in SPARK, Dammam, to establish the first seamless stainless-steel pipe manufacturing facility in the MENA region.
Contract Value: SAR 281 million | Client: SeAH-Dussur
o Key activities include the erection of a PEB (Pre-Engineering Building) steel structure weighing 5400 MT, along with a concrete volume of 42000 cubic meters. This project involves the construction of a complex press machine foundation at a -13-meter elevation, as well as test analysis, pickling, boring, coning units, main pond & the construction of both the administrative and transformer buildings

o Contract Value: SAR 38 million |Contractor ENPPI and Client: Saudi Aramco
o Led the construction of steam turbine generator foundations, pipe racks, and associated facilities.
2. Marjan Development Program - Package 20
o Contract Value: SAR 220 million | Contractor Al Kifah MCCL and Client: Saudi Aramco
o LSPB contract of scope includes construction of buildings, temporary Aramco office, training center and camp facility, Asphalt roads, portable and fire water networks, sewer network, lift stations, 27 km of fiber optic cable km from Marjan to Tanajib plant.
3. Jazan New Refinery Project (JIGCC) - Utilities & Common Area (Package 05)
o Contract Value: SAR 180 million | Contractor TR and Client: Saudi Aramco
o Oversaw utilities and common area works, managing a workforce of 1, 800+ to ensure timely delivery.
4. Petro Rabigh Refinery Phase III Expansion - North Tank Farm Package
o Contract Value: SAR 42 million | Contractor Petrofac and Client: Petro Rabigh / Saudi Aramco
o Managed the North Tank Farm Package, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
• Tracked progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery of milestones.
• Oversaw logistical requirements and optimized task delegation to enhance efficiency.

o Major completed works include 37 tank pad foundations, main and sub-pipe racks, and packages for wastewater treatment, utilities, LPG, OCB, flare, product, crude, and interim areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Led all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Directed multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective collaboration among engineers and site personnel.

Project: Spiking Gas Compressor with Facilities at Shah 01 Field
EPC Value: USD 83 million | Client: ADCO
o Site development works involve substantial earthmoving activities, including extensive cutting and backfilling. The tasks include the construction of two gas compressor foundations, main and sub pipe racks, also completing packages related to coolers, vessels, metering units, gas dehydration units (GDU), Tri ethylene glycol systems (TEG), and flare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directed and supervised construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Conducted thorough reviews to develop schedules, plan deliverables, and provide cost estimates.
• Ensured compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Managed construction workers and subcontractors, fostering seamless project execution.

Delivered multiple EPC pipeline and facility projects for Petroleum Development Oman, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and schedule commitments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Across Pipeline & Facility Projects:
• Managed end-to-end execution of cross-country pipelines (GRE, CS, HDPE), ensuring compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, and international standards.
• Supervised excavation, trenching, backfilling, padding, and pipeline laying activities across desert and developed terrains. Coordinated pipe stringing, welding, lamination (for GRE), coating, holiday testing, and hydrotesting activities.
• Monitored progress for all pipeline sections and prepared look-ahead plans to maintain alignment with baseline schedules. Directed construction of block valve stations, tie-in works, pig launcher/receiver foundations, and associated civil structures.

Delivered a high-rise commercial tower, managing full project execution covering structural, architectural, façade, and MEP works. Led planning, scheduling, consultant coordination, QA/QC compliance, and HSE control to ensure timely completion. Oversaw resource allocation, material procurement, subcontractor management, and progress monitoring.
• Al Waab Residential Development - 210 Villas (G+1) & Clubhouse:
Managed and executed a large-scale residential community, supervising all civil, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple work fronts. Ensured smooth coordination among trades, resolved site issues, maintained strict quality control, and ensured timely handover. Oversaw manpower planning, material control, daily progress tracking, and HSE compliance.
• Police Headquarters - Saliah Prison (Search & Follow-Up Unit) (B + G + 3):
Worked on the project through final handover, ensuring full compliance with government, security, and client requirements. Supervised civil, structural, fit-out, and finishing works, coordinating inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities. Resolved technical issues promptly and led QA/QC, HSE management, documentation, and progress reporting.
