• Monitors project actual costs (ACWP), determine and analyses cost variances and develop cost trends and projections using and presenting the Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled, Budgeted Cost for Work Performed, Actual Cost for Work Scheduled, Actual Cost for Work Performed and Cost Performance Index. • Using SAP ERP to generate monthly reports and monitoring the expenses.
• Performs the Earned Value Management (EVM) for both Manhours and cost.
• Preparation of monthly Manhours and cost forecasts (EAC, ETC, CTC, VAC) for project management, engineering, construction, materials, and other project resources.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the integrated project controls processes for cost, including the production of monthly reports, through the provision of intelligent information and analysis.
• Maintains records of actual cost elements (materials, equipment, manpower etc.) to use in the Project Close-Out Report and to provide feedback to the tendering department.

Drafts project-specific Cost Control Procedures.
Prepares Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in accordance with Company’s guidelines, WBS and Contract’s pricing structure.

Prepares initial Project Budget in accordance with the Scope of Work and tender pricing documents.
Collects actual costs/expenditures and allocates to the CBS.

Calculates the Value of Work Executed (Value of Work Done VOWD).

Performs the Earned Value Management (EVM) for both Manhours and Cost.

Preparation of monthly Manhours and Cost forecasts for Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Materials and other project resources.
Prepare cost estimates for Variations and Claims including Indirect and Direct Costs.
Review cost estimates of Subcontractors for claims and variations.

Participates in preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learnt.
Prepares regular billing to the Client, provide necessary supporting documents and communicates with the Client for certification and payment.
Reviews Subcontractors invoices along with supporting documents.
Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Participates in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project cost reports. In addition, to record any suggested changes and/or deviations from the plan and to advice of its effect on the overall budget.

- Marassi - H9 Hotel with 60, 000 m2 as area, 40, 000 m2 as a built-up area and a luxury hotel with 2, 300, 000, 000 Egyptian pound as a budget for the whole project
- Marassi - Village VA which includes 101 of Residential Villas in addition to a Community Center & Beach Club with all related Infrastructure and Landscape works with site overall area is 135, 000 m2 and 1, 900, 000, 000 Egyptian pound as a budget for the whole project

✓ Responsibilities: -
• Generate projects monthly cost control reports according to HAC/CCC JV Standard Form and associated back-up.
• Cost Forecasting ( EAC, ETC, VAC ) and Earned Value Management EVM ( BCWP, ACWP, CV, CPI )
• Monitor the status and actual cost for labour’s, equipment, and sub-contractors progress including materials delivered, materials installed, materials dredged, labour resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management & Report critical items approaching overruns and budget performance of the total project.
• Analyse project expenses by trade and compare it to budget.
• Attend periodic meetings with the project management team to discuss the issues related to cost report
• Coordinate with the financial department to solve the expenses related issues
• Interact with the team to ensure the input needed to perform the job and provide support and assistance in performing their tasks.
• Study project file and prepare the required analyses and breakdowns.
• Provide ad-hoc cost reports when required.
• Analyze project expenses by trade and compare it to budget.
• Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports.
• Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipments, and subcontractors.
• Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
• Interface and Provide on-going technical support to construction team
• Review project invoice status on monthly basis.
• Prepare and support the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.

• Attend periodic meetings with the project management team to discuss the issues related to cost report (as a minimum on monthly basis).

• Make studies with the PMT for Prolongation and Acceleration cost claims related to the client requests

• Prepare the reports of project cost control, including statements of project estimated costs compared to the actual costs, submit the
reports to the line manager, analyse deviations, explain the reasons for the expected risks and suggest the corrective and preventive
actions to be taken.
• Set up work breakdown and project coding structures
• Prepare reports that include the comparisons between the actual prices for project needs and the specified price at studies explaining
deviations and its effects and coordinate with a procurement department to study the ability of cost control.
• Prepare an integrated and updated database includes the costs of every project element to be a reference for the estimation of
the future project costs.
• Prepare Help the line manager to prepare the reports and final statistics that reflect the final costs of technical work items of
the project.

• Set up work breakdown and project coding structures
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from
suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Prepare monthly cost report which includes actual and forecast costs for the project based on the collected data and
information received from the financial accounting system to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Prepare Subsidiary reports for (Materials waste - Labor - Equipment - subcontractors - GP - OH) to support monthly
report.
• Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productivity reports from the creation of WBS to monitor the status of all
purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completionof the project
work.
• Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT.
• Provide cost control advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required (Cost Estimation, Subcontractors Comparison, etc.)
• Prepare documentation to support scope changes in relation to budget, estimate and forecast.

Responsibilities:-
 Budgeting ( Cost Baseline Preparation ) and WBS Coding using CSI master format system
 Controlling projects cost which includes preparation of cost reports (EV Vs Actual, Material, Manpower, Equipment and Subcontractors), reporting cost variances (CV) and cost performance index (CPI), monitoring of milestone progress and providing the corrective actions.
 Coordination with Financial department to terminate any blind points in organization resources and comparing cost Reports with Financial Reports to ensure all project costs under control.
