• Provide basic healthcare to students and staff in case of injury or acute illness.
• Develop health plans for students with chronic illnesses and disabilities.
• Educate students and staff on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene.
• Detect health problems in early stages through regular screenings.
• Keep track of students vaccination records
• Update students medical history.
• Ensure school environment is safe for children and school staff (e.g. prevention of
communicable diseases).
• Write referrals for pediatricians and other health specialists.
• Ensure compliance with national and local health laws.

• Registering client/patient in the system using the national I.D & according to the target groups & occupational by sectors.
• Pre- vaccination assessment/ Vital signs.
• Making sure of the availability of signed consent form & the applicant is eligible for vaccination, explain the information & terms in consent.
• Administering of Covid-19 vaccine.
• Monitoring client/ patient for 15-30 minutes for persons with precaution to vaccine (i.e, history of an immediate allergic reaction of any severity to a vaccine & persons with a history of anaphylaxis due to any cause.
• Referring client/patient to the available physician if necessary.

GASTROENTEROLOGY DEPARTMENT

• Ensure the readiness and arrangement of the clinic(environment cleanliness/supplies)on daily basis.
• Assist physician in examining the patient.
• Receives call, clarification and answer as needed.
• Organizes and coordinate clinic activities (patient flow etc.)
• Ensures that all required documents are completed(claims, referral, etc.)
• Tracts patient status and assist as needed (with lab, radiolog, etc.)
• Processes admission and referral accurately in a time manner.
• Adheres to infection control principles.
• Adhere to JCIA/Local Standards of patient safety.
• Adhere to Nursing documents policy.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Initiates emergency measures when needed.
• Provide patient and family education as per the needs.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.

• Assist in the development of plans and strategies in the implementation of
health programs, projects and activities.
• Provides technical support in the preparation of project proposals, plans
and programs, health promotion and communication materials and other
related documents.
• Assists in the efficient collection, validation, analysis of data and
information.
• Assists in installation of effective and efficient monitoring and evaluation
system for programs and projects.
• Develops and sustains logistics management systems.
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

• To carry out patient care duties and to assist the Sonographer/ doctor.
• Providing aftercare for patients following scanning procedures.
• Typing reports from the Sonographer/ doctor and distributing them to all recipients.
• Re- checking test results and ensuring that all diagnostic data is recorded accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and professional working environment.
• To adhere to company policy and procedures in terms of health and safety, data
protection and confidentiality.
