• Trains employees and is in charge of the front desk staff.
• Responsible for ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of the guests, including accurate billing services and fostering a convivial and professional atmosphere
• Responsible for all aspects of record keeping, such as the work schedule for the staff, cash accounting for the front desk and paying vendors.
• Acts as the front office manager when the manager is not in the office.
• Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, recreational destinations, promos and sales.
• Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
• Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging services.
• Arrange for replacement of items lost by the customer.
• Responsible in ensuring the sales of my shift, securing all the documents during my shift such as credit receipts and filing it to their respective folders
• Monitor products that are included in high value good inventory form, also takes care of the equipment inside the forecourt cashiers booth like the Basic Point of Sale monitor and electronic data capture device
