core and access), while ensuring SLAs and KPIs

efficient controls (both CAPEX and OPEX)
Managing entire Core transport network for day-to-day nationwide operations while managing
the team of 25+ employees while achieving 99.9% SLA
• Responsible of tier-2 operations of core long haul & access networks (Optical, L1/L2).
• Planning of new requirements includes both networks and domestic/international customer
circuits planning via submarine cable system that include L1/L2 solutions.
• Provide remote support to customer premises equipment includes both CISCO & JUNIPER
• Projects implementation and service delivery for both network and customer based solutions.
• Maintained security and implemented business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Multi-vendor experience that includes Huawei (OSN500, OSN1500, OSN3500, OSN7500,
OSN6800, iManager U2000), Coriant/Nokia Siemens Networks (HiT7300, HiT70xx, TNMS),
Starcom, Makkays, Emerson, Powerone.
• Day to day work with cross-functional teams include Supply Chain for procurements, Finance for
payments & budget planning (CAPEX & OPEX), Sales for new requirements.
