• Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design
Department.
• Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
• Receiving the price quotations. (Competitive quotes)
• Prepare schedule of comparison
• Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.
• Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.
• Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
• Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity.
• Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard
• Issuance of Purchase order.
• Tracking and expediting of Shipment.
• Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.
• Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and closure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project.
• Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis
• Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.
• Assist Tendering and Costing Department as required.
• Develop HSE plan and ensure its implementation.
• Providing support and guidance to project management team to fulfill the HSE requirements.
• Maintain HSE Management system in line with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 requirements
• Conducting safety inspection in entire work site on continuous basis making on the spot corrections of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and preparing daily site safety inspection reports
• Preparing & Ensuring the availability of Risk assessment sheet for all routine and non routine activities
• Ensuring the implementation of Clients PTW system
• Accident/Incident reporting and investigations
• Organizing and participating in pre job safety meeting with sub-contractors and explaining the HSEMS requirements
• Ensuring third party certification of lifting equipment and machineries for usage in refinery areas.

• Conducting / facilitating Toolbox talk/Group meeting

• Constant monitoring of Critical activity Inspection of scaffoldings and its use

• Inspect, troubleshoot & maintain the BMS, EMS, Fire & Security systems, PA/AV, Solar & PV, Lighting Control, Central Battery, UPS, CCU.
• Supervise and assign the work of maintenance employees.
• Inspect work for completeness. Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used.
• Issued PTW permits, isolation tags & Conveyed Tool Box Talks.
• Verified that all equipment was certified and met regulatory requirements.
• Using safety and environmental tools, including 4-point check, OBS cards.
