Ticketing via Amadeus (NON IATA), Hotel Booking, Car Rental, International Holiday
packages, UAE Tours & Holidays, International Visa Assistance and Travel Insurance.
• To arrange application requirements and UAE Visa Application.
• To ensure accounting reports are tallied.
• Handles accounting reports on TRAACS
Apron Management Service
Duties & Responsibilities:
GAFI- Gate Allocation and Flight Information
•To provide parking bay allocations to airlines
•To disseminate flight information and give accurate details of flights through telephone and radio.
•To record flights on Daily Flight Operations Report
•To encode daily flights data (Passenger Load & Volume of Cargo) in Lotus note.
•To prepare and analyze the summary of delayed and cancelled flights on Daily Post Operational Report.
•To update Flight Information Display System.
•To monitor flights from radio scanner and flight radar through internet for accurate flight information.
•To assign conveyor carousel for claiming of baggage of arrival flights.
Ramp Service/Safety
• To assist and guide the passengers from terminal to the designated aircraft and vice versa.
•To ensure that all ground equipment and vehicles are parked in the designated areas.
•To instruct manpower to clean the ramp area to eliminate FODs.
•To control the vehicle movements passing through vehicular lane.
•To ensure that all personnel working in the ramp area are wearing high visibility vest and company ID.
