Provide excellent guest/customer service to the guests and ensuring guest satisfaction as well as maintaining the company operations policy. Operating FEC rides in a responsible manner and maintaining safety standards.
Ensuring all minimum and maximum rides requirements are met. Providing information of the rides, prices and the expectations required to the guest.
Collect payments through the RFID machines. Making reservations and booking for the guests using the POS. Providing PPES for the guest to ensure their safety while enjoying their playing. Contacting cross-training for colleagues when needed. Performing any other responsibilities as directed by
the supervisor.
- Welcoming and greeting guests.
- Directing guests accordingly.
- Scanning barcodes for guests to enter the park.
- Helping guests to put on their protective gears while in the park.
- Documenting and reporting any safety incidences.
- Restocking Rental supplies as well as safety items.
-Ensuring all guests adhere to the covid safety procedures.
- Performing any other task assigned to me by my supervisor.
• Greeting visitor and directing them accordingly.
• Answering/ forwarding telephone calls and responding to emails.
• Answering visitors’ queries and escalating matters to the persons concerned.
• Contacting clerical jobs like printing, photocopying, scanning, bookkeeping and document filling.
• Monitoring and recording petty cash.
• Sorting incoming and outgoing mails.
• Typesetting documents and preparing spread sheets.
