- Staff Nurse Obstetrics/Gynecological Ward;Female Surgical Ward.
- Clinical experience in the Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Ward, Medical and General Ward.
- Assess nursing care needs of the patient and renders total patient care.
- Responsible for updating chart information of assigned patient.
- Administers prescribed medication and treatment \[IV therapy, Blood and Blood products\] as ordered by the physician following standard procedures.
- Prepares equipment and assists the Physician during examination and bed-side procedures.
- Records medications, treatment given, vital signs, intake and output of assigned patients.
- Documents all care rendered and provides health teaching to patients and family.
