Responsibilities:
• Acting as the first point of contact for faculty and students to answer general queries
• Acting as a key resource person for Sedona
• Managing all internal and external correspondence.
• Developing and maintaining files, spreadsheets and processing all invoices.

• Ensures smooth and effective operation of both departments by providing administrative support to the Chair, Assistant Chair and Faculties.
• Performs student registration and manages add/drop courses using Banner system. Liaises with Registrar’s Office on a as required basis.
