Provide consulting services in Quality Management and Facility Management
• Lead and Control a team of QC Engineers and QC Inspectors to ensure the Quality Management system is maintained (both in-house and Subcontractors) across multiple projects.
• Manage site and material inspections.
• Implementation support & monitoring of Quality Management System procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards across various projects.
• Internal Auditor for Quality Management System.
• Review of subcontractor progress reports and performance.
• Conduct & Actively Participate in External and Internal Audits.
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan.
• Review and preparation of project-related document submissions - Material Submissions & Method Statements, Preparation of ITP & Checklists.
• Preparation of reports and procedures for Top management review and subsequent implementation at site. Prepare and update the top management on performances based on quality objectives, KPIs, etc.
• Liaising with the Suppliers/Main Contractor/Client/Consultants/Project Managers for various project-related matters.
• Actively participating in weekly Project Quality meetings, weekly project progress meetings.
• Participate and conduct training concerning the work methods, quality requirements, or quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate with site and consultants for preparation and approval of mock-ups.
• Follow up for immediate closure of NCR, Deficiency notice, Bulletins, etc.
• Preparation of Closeout documents.
• Witness and Review of Testing & Commissioning Reports Prepared by the 3rd Party.
• Prepare, implement, and comply with the Project-specific Quality Control Plan and KPIs defined for the job.
• Formulate Inspection and Test Plans for activities done in house and review of ITP from Sub contracted activities.
• Actively participate in the External Audits.
• Carry out internal audits of departmental processes such as Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor Management, Receiving, Handling & Storage, Construction, etc., as per approved audit schedule and follow up for closeout of internal QA/QC audit findings and related documentation; highlight areas of process improvement to ensure compliance with standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications, and drawings.
• Develop and introduce the company’s staff to the Quality Management System and relevant quality procedures. Actively lead/participate in improvement initiatives, upgrading the QMS in line with Quality policy.
• Liaise with Clients and Consultants Quality representative reporting critical issues to management.
• Manage the phased inspection of preparatory Site Inspections, Initial Inspections, and Follow up inspections with a team of Quality Control Engineers / Inspectors.
• Ensure Method statement, Inspection Test Plan, relevant drawings, and other details are approved by statutory authorities where applicable as per the defined specifications.
• Investigate, analyze, and monitor the corrective actions for the Non-Conformance Reports, by conducting root cause analysis with the team, advising proactive solutions, perform statistical analysis of relevant data to identify trends. Report findings to the top management for review.
• Lead Quality Briefings / Practical Training before the start of new activities and to communicate the preventive actions to avoid the recurrence of non-conformance and compliance to project requirements and authority regulations. Coach technicians.
• Actively participate in the recruitment process for various positions. Assessment of staff deployed.
• Lead and manage the team of Quality Control Engineers & Inspectors. Conduct Vendor Inspections, and Quality Audits for Subcontractors to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Manage site testing, mock-up inspections, and site field tests listed in the specification.
• To provide periodic management review by highlighting the internal/external audit results and recommending improvement plan.
• Lead closeout activities.
• Enforce standards for health and safety during work operations.
• Additional Responsibilities: Project Management of Minor Projects with Client (Meydan Group). Lead Testing and Commissioning Team (T&C). Review of T&C records with relation to the specification and project requirements.

* Verify to ensure that commissioning test reports are conforming to contract
requirements.
* Follow up with Consultant and Customer snag for its clearance.
