Keeping track and managing the complete constructions and Fit Out of Lulu Hypermarkets in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Design, Evaluate, Budget, Tender, Award Construction Contracts, Monitor Construction and Shop Fitting, Source Materials, Evaluate Construction Bills, Close Out Project.
Seek reports from the Regional Project Managers; analyze them to evaluate the overall health of the project.
Ensure all the Projects are on track and completed on time
Report to the Management the overall project performance and ensure budget compliance of individual projects with that of the organization.
Ensure the Project Procurement process is carried out economically and on time. This includes the import of materials from foreign countries.
Managing complete operations of the office and sites.
Ensuring the Corporate targets is met.
Report to the Shareholders the overall project performance and ensure budget compliance of individual projects with that of the organization.
Ensure that sufficient cash flow is available for individual projects.
Contract Management
Completing pre-contract obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual conditions, project cost analysis including considering cost impact of techno commercial conditions.
Assessing contractual terms and cost impact, advising the Billing Team for non-spelled items.
Managing contractual correspondence, raising & settling contractual claims with respect to cost and time.
